Hi, I'm Marina.
I run Gratia Design Studio as a Brand Strategist and Creative Director. I work with people who have built something real and are ready for the world to see it. Read on to find out what drives me, how I work, and how I got to where I am today.
What drives me
I love building new worlds. Creating a brand from scratch, making a product visible, designing a website that actually feels like the person behind it. What excites me is the interplay between creativity and structure. The freedom to think through an entire project as a Creative Director, and at the same time the pleasure of the details: a well-crafted document, a clear overview, things that just fit.
When I'm not working, I'm usually deep into astrology and spirituality. I write, share creative things on social media, and I'm pretty introspective by nature. I love spending time in nature, traveling with my husband, and our cat Gomez who would much rather come along on every adventure.

How I work
Structure is my foundation. My clients always know where we are and what comes next. I deliver what I promise and if something changes, I say so directly.
Listening is where I start. Before I design anything, I want to understand what makes your brand yours, who you're trying to reach, and what's been missing. That depth shows up in the final result.
I work across the full picture. Brand identity, web design, photography, e‑commerce design, I bring these together so your brand looks and feels consistent everywhere it shows up.
Where I come from
Born in Kazakhstan, raised in Hamburg, Germany, now living in South Carolina. Three countries, three cultures, three very different worlds. It sounds more dramatic than it is. In reality, each of those moves taught me something essential: how to really see people, how to understand cultures from the inside, and how to step into worlds that aren't your own.
Professionally, my path was less dramatic but just as formative. Design school, then several years as a product and graphic designer in the textile industry. Running alongside that: the Amazon world, which I didn't just study theoretically, I've been inside it since 2017.
In 2022, I made the leap to full-time self-employment. Since then, Gratia Design Studio has grown project by project. Since 2024, I've also been working as a freelance designer for Remazing Nova, formerly Snocksulting, one of the leading Amazon agencies in the German-speaking market.
