From an outdated website to position 2 on Google. Rebranding, photography, and a new website for a couples therapist in northern Germany.


The starting point

Cornelia Greiner has been working with people as a couples therapist and coach in Norderstedt for 15 years. She already had a website, but it no longer reflected who Cornelia really is and what she brings to her clients. Potential clients couldn't find what they were looking for quickly enough, and the photos were out of date.

The goal

Cornelia's goal was specific:

  • better visibility in Norderstedt and Hamburg,
  • and a fully booked practice.

Cornelia didn't just need a new website. She needed a presence that shows who she really is, what makes her stand out as a therapist, and that earns her audience's trust right away.
The first step was the photo shoot. New, current images that fit her, taken in nature (Stadtpark Norderstedt) and in her practice. Authentic and warm.

We developed the branding carefully. The logo stayed but was refined and given a new, cohesive color palette.

The Showit website was built to be clear and tailored to her audience, with SEO optimization, a new Google Business profile, and one special detail: the site comes in two versions, one using German informal language and one using German formal language. Because her clients come from different generations. A small decision with a big impact on first impressions.

A good-looking website is not enough. It also has to work: clearly structured so visitors find what they need right away, with a clear path to making an appointment or getting in touch.

At the same time we made sure Cornelia gets found locally online. Updated photos in her Google Business profile and targeted SEO work complete the picture.

The result is a presence that not only looks good but actually gets found.

The result

Within just a few weeks after launch, the website appeared as the second search result on page 1 of Google for relevant terms in Norderstedt and Hamburg. Since launch the website has been generating inquiries consistently: 3 bookings directly through Calendly, 3 contact form inquiries, and several direct emails. Today Cornelia receives on average one inquiry per week.
